Customising Screens
Secret Desires allows yu to change the appearance of all the screens used in the game. This is useful if you want to customise the whole game to look exactly the way you want it to.

To customise a screen, select the screen that you want to customise as shown below:

The customisations are applied by using the “pop up menu” which is invoked by clicking the right mouse button as shown below:

As you can see, there are many aspects that can be changed. The most important of these, we think, is the background picture. To change this, select “Background Image” from the pop up menu by clicking on it. The Background Picture Dialog will appear as shown below:

Use this browser in the normal way to find a picture (.jpg type image) that you want to use as a background picture for this screen.

Click “Open” once you have found the picture that you want to use. The new picture will be applie to the current screen as shown below:

To change the border color, right click to make the pop up menu appear again and select Border Color fom the pop up menu. The Border Color color picker will appear as shown below:

Choose the color you want to use from the Basic Colors or by creating a new color using the “Define Custom Colors>>” control as shown below:

We have now changed the screen’s border color. The changes are reflected in the screen as shown below:

To change the text color,  right click on the screen to invoke the pop up menu and select “Choose Text Color” from the menu. The color chooser will appear again and we can now choose the color that we want the text elements to appear with: Our changes are applied immediately as shown below:

Hint: You can use a screen without a background picture by selecting “Clear Background Image” from the pop up menu. The modified screen would appear as shown below.
